Thank you Louis and Jeannie for the kind words on the recent sale of your 90 acre piece here in Pike county. Louis and Jeannie moved out to of the area and no longer needed their place here in Pike county. They gave us a call, wanted to come back to visit one last time before selling. We did a 4 month delayed closing to best fit their needs and today we closed on their land.
